Cancellation Policy
We greatly appreciate your business and to best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of illnesses and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by illnesses such as COVID-19, Flu, Cold etc. by mere presence in the establishment. I hereby release the booked business from any and all claims arising from or in connection with any direct illness impact while visiting. To prevent the spread of illness and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our workforce and visitors, please do not come to your appointment if you are ill. We do ask for a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, and a minimum of 48 hour notice is required for more than 1 service or people. 50% of the full cost of the service fee for your appointment will be charged when you fail to notify before the 24 hour notice or 48 hour notice for more than one service or person. Exceptions are described below. Sickness or Family Emergency: If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients. NO SHOW: In the case of a no show on your appointment or same day cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment fee. For any appointments that are missed without notice, the credit card on file will be charged.
